What exactly is craniosacral therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is an extremely gentle hands-on modality that engages and supports the central nervous system of the body and releases restrictions within it.  This modality works with the cranial bones and tissues of the spine and nervous system.

In a word, YES!  This modality is very effective for treating a range of concerns including stress, neurological issues, pain, headaches and migraines, ADHD, TMJ and more. 

You can expect your therapist to assess and treat you from the inside out.  This is the "deepest tissue" there is.  The therapist will inform you in the treatment room where they will be placing their hands on your body, because each session is different based on your needs.
